We map one recurring workflow end to end: the systems it crosses, who carries it, and where it breaks. You get a ranked list of fixes.

Roadmap
We sequence the fixes by effort and payoff, name what each one needs from your team, and agree the order before anything is built.

Implementation
We build the agreed fixes: automations, governed agent workflows or decision tools your team runs. Build work starts after the assessment and roadmap are agreed.

Handover
You own the result: runbooks, documentation, access and code. Optional follow-through is scoped separately.
