Services that stop the double work

Not more AI. The right fix where work gets stuck. We assess the transfers, handoffs, and recurring exceptions slowing your operation down, then build the smallest durable system that keeps work moving.

We are an AI process and systems automation consultancy. An assessment ends in a ranked plan; engagements that go on to implementation end in a working system your team owns. Every engagement starts with a short fit screen. We do not publish fake retainers or guarantees.

How engagements run

Assessment, roadmap, implementation, handover, in that order. Each step has its own deliverable and sign-off, and build work starts after the assessment and roadmap are agreed. The one exception is the $500 reconciliation pilot below, a bounded sample run that does not need an assessment first. Prices are scoped per engagement, except the two reconciliation offers listed below.

  1. 01

    Assessment

Discover the multi-system job. Deliver a plain ROI plan and ranked prescriptions. We probe first and prescribe after.

  2. 02

    Roadmap

Sequence the fixes by effort and payoff, name what each needs from your team, and agree the order before anything is built.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Build the transfer once: automation, governed agent workflow, or a decision tool your team will run.

  4. 04

    Handover

You own runbooks, documentation, access and code. Optional capacity-capped follow-through keeps the system alive, only when bandwidth exists.

Data Reconciliation & Exception Audit

When two systems should agree, but don't.

We turn drift between operating systems into a source-preserving match report and an owner-ready exception log. Nothing gets silently overwritten; every unresolved row shows the evidence needed to decide what happens next.

Typical inputs

  • Accounting, invoice, payment, or job-cost exports
  • CRM, portal, project, or field-system records
  • Spreadsheets and manual trackers that carry the same job
  • Your matching rules, tolerances, and known edge cases

What you receive

  • A reconciled review file with original system and record IDs intact
  • An exception log for missing, duplicate, and conflicting records
  • Documented matching and tolerance rules for the next review cycle
  • A short decision handoff naming the next owner for each open exception

Pilot

$500

One bounded sample set, up to four hours of work: validated output and an exception report, so you see the accuracy before committing to more.

Build

From $1,500

Recurring reconciliation between sources that disagree: validated pipeline, exception routing, documentation, and handoff.

Start small

Before you send files, read how we handle your data — what we process, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

What we offer

Every engagement except the $500 reconciliation pilot starts with the assessment. Scoped builds follow once the assessment and roadmap are agreed, including when you already know the job to remove.

Workflow & AI Systems Assessment

Map the multi-system job that never finishes until a human retypes it. You get a stupid-simple ROI plan and ranked prescriptions — the door to implementation, not a theater deck. Price and guarantee policy set on fit — not published as a fake menu.

Google Workspace automation setup

Stop re-typing between Drive, Docs, Sheets, email, and the real system of record. We design and stand up Workspace automations so the transfer runs once and stays maintained.

AI-native / agent workflow consulting

Turn multi-tool chaos into governed loops that remember projects, approvals, and handoffs — so work does not die in chat. Tools, memory, and approval gates.

How it works

  1. You send context (systems in play, the hated recurring job, hours burned, deadline).
  2. We reply with fit / no-fit and a proposed scope boundary.
  3. If it fits, we agree on deliverables, access needs, and a fixed or capped engagement.
  4. You get working artifacts — assessment plan, automations, workflows, or a deployed tool — scored on money, time, or quality only.

Guarantees (if any) are written into a specific offer policy after fit — never as vague homepage theater.
